CANNED LAMP READY TO TASTE
Species: Miño River Lamprey.
Ingredients: Lamprey, olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, red wine and spices. Allergens: contains fish.
Conservation: Keep in the refrigerator between 0º C and 5º C.
Preparation:
Carefully pour the contents of the can into a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes, for microwave use a suitable container and heat for 2 minutes.
Suggestion : accompany the lamprey a la Bordalesa with white rice and a little fried bread. Each conserve has two servings.
